This Privacy Policy applies to Reveel, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). Reveel provides Shipping Intelligence analytics services for businesses (our “Clients”) who may submit shipping data related to their own customers (“End-Consumers”) in order for us to provide our services. The use of “you” and “your” throughout this Privacy Policy will, depending on the context, refer to a Client, End-Consumer, or Visitor, further defined below.
Clients: You have engaged Reveel for Shipping Intelligence analytics services.
End-Consumers: You receive shipped products from Client and your data may be passed to us by Client in order for us to perform analytics services for Client.
Visitors: You are browsing our Sites or have applied for a job at Reveel.
2. What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect?
Clients
Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, contacting us through our Intercom LiveChat service, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.

End-Consumers
Information We Collect from Clients. If you are an End-Consumer who receives any shipped products from our Clients, we may collect the following categories of information in our role as a service provider to our Clients:

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

- To provide Clients with our services on our platform, which includes shipping and invoice analytics

- To invoice and collect payment for our services to Clients

- With respect to website cookies, to share with third-party marketing partners to provide tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites that you may visit
